What is the LEI number?

The LEI is 20 alphanumeric character wherein the first four (1-4) characters are unique to each LOU, Character five and six (5-6) are reserved characters. ie: 00

The next twelve characters from 7 to 18 are assigned by the LOU to the entity and the last two characters are digits under (International Standards Organization) ISO 17442
